This specification applies to hard-drawn, high-tnsile steel wire made from patented high-carbon steel and intended for use in prestressed concrete, either as-drawn or in the stress-relieved condition, and either round or deformed by indenting or by crimping. The specification provides fro two types of stress-relieved wire, namely, normal stress-relieved wire and low-relaxation stress-relieved wire.
