This Standard specifies the dimensional requirements for hexagon socket set screws with ISO metric coarse pitch threads of diameters from 1.6 mm to 24 mm and with flat, cup, cone or dog points, and the material requirements for steel hexagon socket set screws of property class 45H.NOTE: The purchaser, when ordering or inquiring about set screws complying with this Standard, should provide the supplier with all relevant details.
