This Standard sets out a Method for the hydrostatic pressure testing of plastics pipes using water. The Method is applicable to short, medium or long-term testing with the test parameters being nominated in the relevant pipe Standard. For long-term testing, a calculation method for subjecting test results to regression analysis is included.
