    Sets out the requirements for commissioning and conducting energy audits, and identifying opportunities for cost effective investments, to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the use of energy. Primarily, it is intended for use by energy users but will be of assistance to energy auditors, and may serve as a useful reference document for anyone interested in the field of energy management best practice.

    This Standard sets out minimum requirements for commissioning and conducting energyaudits which identify opportunities for cost effective investments to improve efficiency andeffectiveness in the use of energy.This Standard covers three levels of audit, as follows:(a) Level 1.(b) Level 2.(c) Level 3.See Figure 1 and Section 6.
