Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

This International Standard deals with the safety of electric tumble dryers intended for household and similar purposes, their rated voltage being not more than 250 volt for single-phase appliances and 480 volt for other appliances. This Standard will supersede AS/NZS 60335.2.11:2002, two years from the date of publication. During this period it is anticipated that regulatory authorities will approve tumble dryers to either standard.
