AS/NZS 60335.2.84:2020 deals with the safety of electric toilet appliances having a rated voltage being not more than 250 V, in which excrement is stored, dried or destructed or which wash or dry parts of the human body.
This Standard will supersede AS/NZS 60335.2.84:2014 three years from the date of publication (i.e. on 27 November 2023). During this period AS/NZS 60335.2.84:2014 will also remain current. Regulatory authorities that reference this Standard in regulation may apply these requirements at a different time. Users of this Standard should consult with these authorities to confirm their requirements.
