AS/NZS 62368.1:2022 adopts IEC 62368‐1:2018 (ED 3.0) with modifications for Australia and New Zealand, which applies to the safety of electrical and electronic equipment within the field of audio, video, information and communication technology, and business and office machines with a rated voltage not exceeding 600 V. This document does not include requirements for performance or functional characteristics of equipment.AS/NZS 62368.1:2022 will also remain current for 3 years from the publication of this document and after this time it will be superseded by AS/NZS 62368.1:2026. Regulatory authorities that reference this document in regulation may apply these requirements at a different time. Users of this document should consult with these authorities to confirm their requirements.
