Provides revised earthquake load criteria and associated load combinations for the design and construction of buildings and other structures subject to earthquake ground motions. The proposed revisions are based on the 1991 edition of NEHRP Recommended Provisions for the Development of Seismic Regulations for New Buildings, and the have been approved by the ASCE 7 standards committee with certain changes.
