1.1This specification covers coppered carbon steel wire supplied in coils for general use. It may be produced hard drawn, annealed in process, or annealed at finish size. The coating is very thin and is not designed for protection against corrosion.
1.2The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are provided for information only.
