CONTAINED IN VOL 04.06 Specifies high-temperature hot box method (calibrated or guarded), to measure thermal conductance, transference, and transmittance of insulation panels from surface temperature of 40degC (104degF) to maximum insulating design temperature, not above 540degC (1000degF). Used for metal reflective panels for nuclear and prefabricated panels for fossil power plants.
