1.1This test method covers the determination of boron, silicon, and technetium in hydrolyzed uranium hexafluoride (UF6) by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) after separation of the uranium by solid phase extraction.

1.2The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
