1.1This test method covers the determination of the evaporation residue of naphthalene.

1.2This test method has been found applicable to determining residue in the range of 0.3 and 1.5 wt %.

1.3In determining the conformance of the test results using this method to applicable specifications, results shall be rounded off in accordance with the rounding-off method of Practice E29.

1.4The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
