1.1This practice describes the essential activities that are required to produce samples for interlaboratory studies.
1.2The suitability of a particular interlaboratory sample developed using this guide will depend on the tests being made.
1.3Units—The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
1.4This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
