1.1This test method describes a method for the evaluation of antifoaming agents used to inhibit or prevent the formation of foam in liquids during mixing at the time of application of agricultural chemicals. This laboratory test method may be used for dilute aqueous solutions containing agricultural products as may be encountered by growers when mixing in preparation for a field application.

1.2This method is described using SI units, which are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this test method.
