1.1This practice covers minimum requirements for the design and manufacture of Electric Engines for light sport aircraft, VFR use. The Electric Propulsion System (EPS) shall as a minimum consist of the electric engine, associated controllers, disconnects and wiring, and EPS monitoring gauges and meters.
