1.1This specification covers requirements and test methods for materials, workmanship, dimensions, perforations, pipe stiffness, elongation, joint separation resistance, quality of extruded polyethylene, brittleness, bond, and marking of corrugated polyethylene (PE) pipe and fittings. It covers nominal pipe sizes: NPS-3 [DN 80], NPS-3.5 [DN 90], NPS-4 [DN 100], NPS-5 [DN 125 ], NPS-6 [DN 150], NPS-8 [DN 200], NPS-10 [DN 250], NPS-12 [DN 300], NPS-15 [DN 375], NPS-18 [DN 450], and NPS-24 [DN 600].

1.2This specification covers tubularly extruded, spirally laminated, and rotationally molded corrugated polyethylene pipe.
