1.1This specification covers the construction of steel furniture tops for use where invoked by other marine furniture specifications.
1.2This specification applies to tops for furniture case goods only such as chests of drawers, log desks with cabinets, and so forth.
1.3The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions to SI units that are provided for information only and are not considered standard.
