Covers the minimal set of bearer services for the ISDN basic rate interface, closely to CCITT architectural concepts and covers the service constraints in the telecommunications environment of the U.S. The bearer services defined in this standard are the minimal set of bearer services that are to be supported by public networks for ISDN basic rate interfaces. These bearer services are described in CCITT Recommendation I.211.
