This Technical Specification sets out requirements for a roll-grooved jointing system that incorporates a ductile iron body coupling with included elastomeric seal to join copper or stainless steel tubes and metallic fittings. The roll-grooved profile may be either factory manufactured or field applied.Roll-grooved jointing systems are for use where the normal operating temperature does not exceed95C, with peaks up to 110C for short periods of time.
