The major revisions to this edition of the standard are as follows: the title has been changed to show that the standard has been revised to include hot-applied tape protective coatings; the foreword has been revised to provide, in addition to the history of the standard, this listing of major revisions and a section on "Information Regarding Use of This Standard;" all sections in AWWA Standard C203-66 having reference to corrosion protection of aboveground structures have been removed from the standard, and it now describes protective coatings for underground steel pipelines only, and corrosion protection practice for aboveground structures will become the subject of a new AWWA standard; Section 2 requires that both primer and coal-tar enamel shall be from the same manufacturer; all test methods in Sec.
