This standard covers 1/2 in. through 3 in., dimension, ratio, polyethylene pressure pipe, tubing, and fusion fittings made from PE 1404, PE 2305, PE 2306, PE 3306 and PE 3406 materials that are further defined by specific type, grade, and class designations and by their hydrostatic design basis ratio (Table 1); pipe and tubing conforming to outside diameter-base dimensions (Tables 4, 5, 6) and also pipe conforming to inside diameter base dimensions (Table 2, 3).
