This British Standard specifies the materials, the dimensions, and the constructional and performance requirements for gas cylinder trolleys in three sizes to take steel cylinders of 1360 litre, 3400 litre and 6800 litre capacity. The dimensions are based on cylinders for oxygen or for compressed air and other medical gases.
A typical gas cylinder trolley is shown in figure1.
