    Details the apparatus and test procedure for measuring the fluidity, in arbitrary units, of molten thermoplastics under specified conditions of temperature and applied force. Fluidity is expressed in terms of 'melt flow rate' (MFR) as a mass flow in a specified period, usually grams per 600 s.
