This British Standard specifies requirements for the profile of double flanged wheels or tyres with parallel treads and gives rolling and machining tolerances to be employed in their manufacture; the range covered is from 315 mm tread diameter by 115 mm wide to 1 120 mm tread diameter by 240 mm wide.

Notes on manufacture are included in Appendix A.
