This British Standard specifies materials, construction and performance requirements for reusable portable urinals intended for use by females (type1) and males (type2). A smaller size (type3) for males is also specified.
The urinals specified in this standard are intended to fit into bed pan/urinal washer-disinfectors conforming to BS2745-2.
NOTE AnnexA gives details of the information that should be supplied by the purchaser to the manufacturer.
