Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

Describes household electric dishwashers with or without means for water heating and drying. Excludes dishwashers designed for industrial or commercial purposes, and dishwashers used in locations where special conditions prevail. Dishwashers used in vehicles or on board ships or aircraft, additional requirements may be necessary. In many countries additional requirements are specified by the national authorities responsible for health, water supplies and labour.
