This British Standard specifies tests for two grades of water-proofness applicable to equipment in aircraft which is required to operate when exposed to conditions when water is sprayed on it, as in driving rain, or water dripping on it, such as condensation falling from adjacent aircraft structure. It should also be read in conjunction with British Standard 3G.100-0.
