This British Standard specifies requirements for flexible cellular PVC in the form of sheets up to 25 mm in thickness for use in applications involving welding (e.g. padding and quilting). Sheets may be welded together to form long lengths. Two types of sheeting are specified as follows:
Type 1. Physically blown material
Type 2. Chemically blown material.
Hardness grades are specified for each type of sheeting.
