This Part of BS 4285 describes methods for assessing the hygienic status of plant and equipment after cleaning and disinfection. The methods described are appropriate for farm dairy equipment, milk tanks, milk collection tankers, containers for milk, milk processing equipment and general items of equipment used in dairies.
