Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

Provides dimensions applicable to rotating electrical machines and is compatible with IEC Publications 72 and 72A. A series of frame sizes up to 400 mm centre height is defined by association of dimensions. These frame sizes are intended for low voltage induction motors but may be used for a variety of machine types. For machines from 355 mm centre height upwards, the tables give a number of preferred values from which selection can be made to give optimal combination. Dimensions are given for a limited range of slide rails.
