Presents a peel test for assessing adhesion of a rib to attached insole. Provision is also made for peel testing after wetting to simulate effect of perspiration during wear. Test may be done either on ribbed insoles or on sample strips of insole material with ribs affixed along edges.

This Section describes a peel test for assessing the adhesion of a rib to the attached insole. Provision is also made for peel testing after water soaking to simulate the wetting effect of perspiration during wear.
The test may be carried out either on ribbed insoles or on sample strips of insole material with ribs affixed along the edges.
