    Defines a procedure for gas-chromatographic determination of nicotine in cigarette smoke condensates. The collection of mainstream smoke and the smoking of cigarettes are usually performed according to ISO 4387. This procedure also applies to the determination of nicotine in cigarette smoke condensates obtained by non-standard smoking.
