Defines a procedure for determining the nitrogen content of animal feeding stuffs using the Kjeldahl method, together with a procedure for calculating the crude protein content. Does not differentiate between protein nitrogen and non-protein nitrogen. If determination of this content is important, a suitable procedure is required.
