Characteristics, methods of measurement and associated measurement conditions affecting the performance of 16 mm projectors and are related to picture quality and recorded sound reproduced from photographic and magnetic sound tracks together with standard ways of reporting performance. Equipment specifically designed for telecine use is excluded.
