Specifies a triangulation method for the internal measurement of spherical tanks in liquefied gas carriers. Also sets out the calculation procedures for compiling the calibration tables to be used for measuring cargo quantities. Coverage includes definitions, equipment, data processing, coordinate system, and calculation. Also includes annexes and diagrams.

1.1 This part of ISO 9091 specifies a triangulation method for the internal measurement of spherical tanks in liquefied gas carriers.

1.2 This part of ISO 9091 also sets out the calculation procedures for compiling the calibration tables to be used for the measurement of cargo quantities.
