Provides specifications for the construction of three types of storage raingauges and two sizes of rain measures that should be used with them. A broad comparison of shapes and sizes of three types of storage raingauges defined in BS 7843 is also included. Detailed construction of these three types of raingauge, with associated rain measures, is defined.
