Gives the static and dynamic conformance requirements for CCR implementations to be applied by reference from other standards using the CCR service definition to invoke the procedures of this part of ISO 8650 and to allow the methods of this part of ISO 8650 to cause external effects. This part applies whenever the use of CCR does not encompass any communication activity which makes direct or indirect use of S-ACTIVITY. It can be used inside a session activity and on a connection where the session activity functional unit is not in use.
