Provides a method for applying a proof bond stress; or measuring the cohesive strength for bond strength perpendicular to the surface of sprayed mineral coatings applied to a rigid substrate. May be used as a non-destructive or destructive test in the laboratory or under site conditions on specially prepared and stored samples, or in situ on selected areas of sprayed work.
