Describes the assessment of the composition of fresh concrete. Gives procedures to be used for sampling and sample reduction, five methods of analysing fresh concrete, one solely for the determination of the water content by drying, methods for the assessment of the accuracy and precision of the five methods of analysis, procedures by which the test results can be used for compliance purposes, and the form of reports to be used.
