Annex A (informative) Relationship between a sampling and
monitoring valid strategy
Provides guidance on factors and criteria for determining the suitability and validity of the design, development and execution of a monitoring strategy for genetically modified plants. Monitoring includes detection of genes and traits, in addition to the identifying of genetically modified plants in an experimental release. Supplies the conductor of the monitoring programme with factors and criteria for consideration in determination of the validity of the proposed monitoring strategy.
