Gives inspection requirements at the time of filling and is applicable to seamless or welded transportable gas cylinders made of aluminium alloy or steel for liquefied gases (excluding acetylene and LPG) having a water capacity from 0.5 litre up to 150 litres. When practicable, it may also apply to cylinders of less than 0.5 litre water capacity.
