This European Standard specifies the characteristics of copper and copper alloy wires of cross sections of 80mm 2, 100mm 2, 107mm 2, 120mm 2 and 150mm 2 for use on overhead contact lines.
It establishes the product characteristics, the test methods, checking procedures to be used with the wires, together with the ordering and delivery condition.
