IEC62561-7:2018 specifies the requirements and tests for earthing enhancing compounds producing low resistance of an earth termination system.
This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition, published in 2011. This edition constitutes a technical revision.
This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:
a) information concerning the execution of the test for the determination of the resistivity in 5.4.3;
b) addition of AnnexA for the assessment of the corrosion load.
