A hollow-cone nozzle method for the assessment of the persistance of a flame applied to various points within a pressurized spray of fire-resistant fluid is defined in this standard. One of two basic measures of fire-resistance this standard may be called up in regulations governing their use under the 7th edition of the Luxembourg Report.
