This British Standard specifies the physical properties and performance requirements for high energy igniter cables of sizes 030 and 050 which are suitable for working at voltages of not more than 4 kV d.c.
The cables are suitable for continuous use where the maximum stabilized conductor temperature does not exceed 260 °C, and for applications involving flexing at temperatures down to – 65 °C.
NOTE 1 The latest revision of an Aerospace standard is indicated by the prefix number.
