Applicable to electrical equipment that is to be used in distribution line carrier (DLC) systems on both medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) distribution networks. Gives requirements (frequency bands, output levels, spurious emissions, etc.) for MV and LV distribution networks respectively.
