    Defines a procedure, by means of a dissolver, for preparing PVC pastes made from polymerized vinyl chloride (VC), for use in characterization of the various VC polymers with reference to their rheological properties, in addition to being a means for establishment of consistency between various deliveries. Also for use in preparation of pastes of other compositions such as with stabilizers, but these pastes are not for use for resin designation purposes.
