This International Standard specifies the dimensions of metric gauges which check internal offset cruciform drives, ribbed or unribbed, used in metric screws in the nominal thread diameter range of 1,6mm to 20mm.
The internal offset cruciform drives, ribbed drives and unribbed, respectively are defined in ISO14275 and ISO14276.
