Aims to facilitate international communication in information processing. Presents, in two languages, terms and definitions of concepts relevant to information processing and identifies relationships between entries. To facilitate their translation into other languages, definitions are drafted so as to avoid any peculiarity attached to a language. Deals with circuits and signals, modes of operation and processing, and functional design and logic devices.
