Defines the Transit Counter additional network feature for applying to various basic services supported by Private Intergrated Services Networks (PISN). This is an additional network feature limiting the number of network exchanges transitted by a call requrest during call establishment, such as for protection of the network from indefinite looping. No user is involved in providing or operating ANF-TC.
